Indian Spicy Chicken Meatballs, also known as Indian Spiced Chicken Kofta, are tender and juicy minced chicken balls bursting with authentic Indian flavors. Inspired by traditional Indian and Pakistani cuisine, these meatballs are made by combining ground chicken with finely chopped onions, ginger, garlic, green chilies, fresh coriander, and a robust blend of spices including garam masala, cumin, coriander powder, turmeric, red chili powder, and sometimes paprika for an extra spicy kick. The mixture is shaped into small round meatballs and can be deep-fried, pan-fried, baked, or simmered directly in a rich curry sauce. They offer a perfect balance of smoky, aromatic, and fiery heat with a soft, succulent texture. Indian Spicy Chicken Meatballs are versatile — served as appetizers with mint chutney or yogurt dip, added to curries for a hearty main course with rice or naan, or enjoyed as party snacks.
