Qi and Yin deficiency type
[Clinical manifestations]
Nasal congestion, headache, blood in mucus, fatigue, shortness of breath and laziness, spontaneous sweating, heat in the five hearts, dry throat and dry mouth. Pale tongue, less coating, weak pulse.
[Medicinal diet]
1. Pseudostellariae and black-bone chicken soup: 30g Pseudostellariae, 10g Panax notoginseng (crushed), 10g Ophiopogon japonicus, 10g Seven-leafed Flower, half a black-bone chicken (about 250g). First wash the black-bone chicken, cut it into small pieces, and cook it in a clay pot with the above medicine. Drink the soup and eat the black-bone chicken. Take 1 dose per day, and take 5 to 7 doses in a row.
2. American ginseng, daikon radix, ophiopogon japonicus, and abalone soup: 5g American ginseng, 10g daikon radix, 15g ophiopogon japonicus, 1-2 fresh abalone. First, clean the abalone and remove the intestines, then boil the soup with the above medicines. Drink the soup and eat the abalone. Take 1 dose per day, and take 5-8 doses in a row.

Professor Xie Guocai was awarded the title of Famous Chinese Medicine Doctor in Guangdong Province by the Guangdong Provincial People's Government.
