Suggested Recipe

Spicy fish fillet

Ingredients: 500g tilapia fillet, 30g red pepper, half a lemon, 1 tsp minced ginger, 1 tbsp chopped green onion,

4 cloves minced garlic, 1 egg, 2 slices ginger, 4 green onions, a small amount of salt, 2 tbsp Huadiao wine,

1 tbsp light soy sauce, 1 tbsp dark soy sauce, 1 tbsp sugar, 1 tsp vinegar, 1 tbsp cornstarch water,

small amount of corn flour

1. Thaw the fish, wash and cut into large pieces.

2. Add salt, ginger slices, green onions, Huadiao wine and lemon ceviche for 20 minutes

3. Chop chili, break up eggs and set aside

4. Brush the marinated fish with egg paste, then dip in corn flour, set aside

5. Heat the oil in a wok, when the oil is slightly hot, add the fish pieces, fry until golden brown on both sides, set aside.

6. Heat oil in wok, saute chili, chopped green onion, ginger, minced garlic until fragrant

7. Put in the fried fish, add Huadiao wine, light soy sauce, dark soy sauce, salt, sugar and vinegar, stir well.

8. Lastly, add cornstarch water and serve.
