Quality Fish Farm Scheme - Local Green Lobster

Green lobster, also known as Xiaoqinglong or corrugated lobster, is best made in the sixth and seventh months of the lunar calendar.

The green lobster generally has a thicker head and a chest, a short abdomen, a blue color, and a thinner body, but the meat is tender and smooth, and it is refreshing, elastic and sweet to eat.
