Event Details
Insects generally have negative associations with crops, but in fact many crops require the help of insects for pollination, and some insects also help farmers deal with agricultural pests. In order to increase everyone's knowledge about them, eliminate misunderstandings, and achieve biological control by improving biodiversity in agricultural land in the long run. The Lai Chi Wo Farm and Music Festival will hold an Insect Hotel Making Workshop cum Hong Kong Ecology and Biodiversity Lecture to let everyone learn about biodiversity and how to make an insect hotel!
In addition to bringing your works home, you are also welcome to give them to farmers to hang on the edges of their fields to attract beneficial insects to live there!!!
