It is a semi-early ripening cultivar (around the Orangered® timing), known for its impressive productivity, large fruit size, and striking appearance. The fruit features a bright bicolor skin with vibrant orange-red blush and strong red overcolor, giving it excellent visual appeal for fresh markets. The flesh is firm yet juicy, aromatic, perfumed, and very sweet with balanced flavor, maintaining good eating quality even after cold storage. Ideal for fresh consumption, fruit salads, or light baking, Koolgat stands out for its attractive presentation, high yield potential, and reliable performance.
