It is often reported that pig farmers will use hormones to promote the rapid growth of chickens. For pigs that normally need to be raised for at least 10 months before eating, they will inject as many as 18 kinds of growth hormones; Lighting stimulates growth in pigs, forcing a piglet to gain 50 times its body weight in 300 days! This overloaded growth rate, coupled with intensive feeding, makes pigs susceptible to disease and death. Therefore, pig farmers add antibiotics to pig feed for a long time to avoid disease transmission. But the abuse of antibiotics will make the bad bacteria produce antibodies and become super bad bacteria, and humans are susceptible to infection after eating. Although pigs will stop taking drugs more than ten days before the market is launched to reduce the drugs in the pigs, as long as the drugs are used, there will always be hormones and toxins left in the pigs. Zhuhou Sauce Braised Pig Exhibition
Material: half a catty of pig exhibition, 1 potato, half carrot, half onion, 2 dried shallots,
          4 slices ginger, 2 rock sugar, 2 tsp Huadiao wine, 1/2 tsp pepper,
          2 tbsp Zhu Hou sauce, 1 tsp peanut oil

1. Wash the pig show and cut into large pieces. Wash the carrots and potatoes, peel and cut into pieces.
2. Peel the onion and dried shallot, cut the onion into strips, and cut the dried shallot in half. Peel the ginger, wash and cut into thick slices.
3. Heat up the wok, add peanut oil, saute the onion, dried shallot and ginger slices until fragrant, then put in the pork show and saute until fragrant.
4. Add 2 bowls of water, add potato, carrot, rock sugar, Huadiao, pepper, Zhuhou sauce.
5. Cover the wok, simmer over medium heat for 1 hour until the pork is tender and ready to serve.
