Zhuhou Sauce Braised Pig Exhibition

Material: half a catty of pig exhibition, 1 potato, half carrot, half onion, 2 dried shallots,

4 slices ginger, 2 rock sugar, 2 tsp Huadiao wine, 1/2 tsp pepper,

2 tbsp Zhu Hou sauce, 1 tsp peanut oil

1. Wash the pig show and cut into large pieces. Wash the carrots and potatoes, peel and cut into pieces.

2. Peel the onion and dried shallot, cut the onion into strips, and cut the dried shallot in half. Peel the ginger, wash and cut into thick slices.

3. Heat up the wok, add peanut oil, saute the onion, dried shallot and ginger slices until fragrant, then put in the pork show and saute until fragrant.

4. Add 2 bowls of water, add potato, carrot, rock sugar, Huadiao, pepper, Zhuhou sauce.
