Fried Potato Chips with Minced Pork in Oyster Sauce

Ingredients: 150g minced meat, 300g potato chips, 1 clove garlic, 2 tbsp diced green onion

Marinade: 1 tbsp soy sauce, 1/2 tsp oyster sauce, 1 tsp cornstarch, 1 tsp sesame oil

1. Rinse the mino, absorb the water, and marinate with marinade for 20 minutes.

2. Peel the potatoes, wash and dice, soak in water to prevent them from turning black.

3. Heat up a wok, add a tablespoon of peanut oil to fry the mincemeat until cooked, set aside.

4. In the original wok, fry the garlic slices over low heat, add in the diced potatoes and fry until soft (you can add some water in the middle).

5. Return the mince to the wok, cover the wok and bake for a while, add 1/2 oyster sauce and a pinch of salt and fry for a while.

6. Finally add in the diced green onion and stir-fry until evenly distributed. Serve.
