🛍 Product Information :

The taste of the noodles itself is good, with a faint fragrance of matcha tea. The noodles themselves are salted, so there is no need to add too much. I personally suggest that you can mix and match with clear soup or tea to taste. Product Description Noodles can be cooked for 4.5 to 5.5 minutes. It is strongly recommended not to serve the water within 2-3 minutes, it will really affect the taste and not be able to eat the essence of this side. After the hot water, soak it in cold water (no ice water is required), and filter it normally. Soak it until the heat reaches about 35-40 degrees (not hot), and then mix it with clear soup tea, mix and add ingredients.

It is recommended that ordinary people eat 1 tie, and 2-3 tie is the best for eating. This noodles is not recommended to be eaten in large quantities, so it is really not recommended as a hunger relief, and pure tasting products should be eaten slowly.

Japanese traditional cooking method:

The basic ingredients are probably sake, mirin, soy sauce, kelp and bonito flakes. Heat the liquid ingredients and bring to a boil, add kelp and cook on low heat for about 5 minutes, turn off the heat, add bonito flakes, cover and simmer for about 1 minute, then sieve the sauce to make Mentsuyu, which is delicious with boiled soba noodles .
