Material:

150g shrimp paste

200g dace fish paste

30g carrot (diced)

80g fresh yuba

Seasoning:

1/4 tsp salt

1/4 tsp allspice

White pepper powder

Instructions:

1. Mix shrimp paste, dace paste, carrot and seasoning together.

2. Cut the fresh bean curd into pieces, then add appropriate amount of shrimp paste, steam in the steamer for 5 minutes and take out.

3. Heat oil in a wok, add shrimp paste and bean curd sheets and steam until both sides are golden brown. Done.
