Dr. Chou Wah Shan, founder of Dreams Possible:

Since 2006, Dreams Possible has trained 300 life coaches and 600 volunteers, engaged in diversified social services, and gathered people who are determined to continue to grow and contribute to society to learn "mindfulness coaching" together, master the tips of self-coaching, and let themselves Become a source of creativity and help others help themselves. This is the latest course of Dreams Possible. It allows us to learn hospice care, understand self-care, change our thoughts in the moment, and make good use of emotions.

Instructor profile:

Ben Sir (歐陽偉豪)，香港粵語語言學家、教(中小)學30年，語言學碩士和博士。擔任電視節目《最緊要正字》、《學是學非》、《男人食堂》主持人，將學術與娛樂結合。近年，Ben Sir用心推廣精神健康，參與家長與子女溝通的講座，與學生「義診」聊心。

Ben Sir (Auyeung Wai Ho), a Cantonese linguist in Hong Kong, has taught (primary and secondary) for 30 years, and has a master's and doctoral degree in linguistics. He is the host of the TV programs "The Most Important Correct Words", "Learning Right and Wrong", and "Men's Canteen", combining academics with entertainment. In recent years, Ben Sir has been promoting mental health, participating in lectures on communication between parents and children, and chatting with students during "free clinics".
