🥘 Cooking methods

Method one

Cold water loosening - Soak the rice noodles in cold water for about 30 minutes, pick them up, loosen them and place them in a draining vegetable basket.

The above soaking time can be increased or decreased appropriately according to the actual water temperature used; if soaked for a long time, the rice noodles will be oversaturated with water, affecting the quality and taste.

Method two

Stir-fry your favorite vegetables, bean sprouts, meat slices, etc., then add loose rice noodles and stir-fry up and down with chopsticks until hot.

Method three

1. Boil the rice noodles directly with the soup for 4-5 minutes.

2. As soon as the hot pot is set, put the rice noodles into the hot pot and cook for 4-5 minutes.

Rice noodles cooked in hot pot for too long will gelatinize, affecting the quality.
