Chiu Jie (sister Chiu) Workshop Parent-Child Activities Farm Day Tour

Caa Gwo (茶粿 / 茶果) = stuffed tea cake made with sticky rice flour

🍎Activities:

The field owner will take you on a tour of the farm, learn about crops, flowers and plants, sow seeds with children and adults, grow vegetables or corn.

Instructor Chiu will work with the children from preparing tea fruit ingredients, cooking broad bean or carrot filling, peanut filling, children's favorite items knead powder, make their own different images of tea fruit, put in the oven to steam, out of the oven to share, each People have 3 to 4 tea fruits to take back to share with their families, the tea fruits are made of chicken poop vine or mugwort.

❤️ Lunch:

🥘 One chicken, fishballs, bamboo shoots, pear, corn, carrots, pumpkin, papaya, carrots, udon, a variety of farm seasonal dishes, soup on-site instant soy milk (6 to 8 people a pot).

🥤 There will be flower tea available on site, please bring your own water cup, lunch box with tea and fruit.

🚘🚈 Take: Green minibus 25a, 25b opposite Tai Wo McDonald's, bus 73a, 73B, 73, get off at Wai Tau Station, (please note that 21k although written (Wai Tau Village) but via Wai Tau Bus Station,

🚌 Sheung Shui and Fanling direction are (Wai Tau) station get off and walk across the street, (Qiao Sister 9:45 at the bus stop waiting for everyone) walk into the farm only seven to eight minutes.
