Description
To maintain mutual support between local organic farmers and consumers while reducing production waste, this subscription program is part of the CSA program. Everyone is welcome to join and support local agriculture and local farmers.
Organic produce is provided by organic farmers from various farmers' markets. These farmers are primarily located in Kam Tin, Yuen Long, Ta Kwu Ling, and Fanling, as well as from local farms extending to Yunnan, China, providing a healthy and safe food source.
Fresh produce is sorted and packaged into three standard vegetable cartons. After packaging, it is delivered to customers' homes by SF Express Cold Freight on the same day, delivered between 5 and 7 pm that day, or picked up the next morning or afternoon. Delivery is available to customers throughout Hong Kong. In addition to local produce, we also offer a variety of organic fruits, fresh local eggs, organic mushrooms, fresh chicken or frozen local poultry, and other healthy, green products.

※ Organic vegetable bags: available in small, medium, and large sizes
※ Locally produced organic mushrooms, organic sprouts, organic tofu, and organic soy milk
※ Local seasonal fruits (bananas, plantains, lemons, and strawberries), highland fruits (Shaanxi), and Hong Kong oranges (Hunan)
※ Health foods and dried goods (staples and dried goods, seasonings, snacks, and ready-to-eat items)
※ Farm-fresh eggs (local produce)
※ Local designated agricultural products (local produce)
※ We may occasionally give away surplus produce to regular customers to reduce inventory and food waste.
🟠Delivery Areas and Shipping Rates
Delivery covers the New Territories, Kowloon, Hong Kong Island, Ma Wan, Discovery Bay, and Tung Chung.
Minimum order requirements may apply to other remote areas; please contact us for inquiries.
We prepare vegetable boxes the day before and the same morning. Delivery is as early as late afternoon or the following morning. Pickup and delivery are approximately 11:00 AM. The vegetables are packaged in breathable plastic bags and are good for approximately 5 days.
We have only one driver delivering throughout Hong Kong, and the delivery order is "New Territories East > Kowloon East > Hong Kong Island East > Hong Kong Island Central & West > Kowloon Central & West > New Territories West > Tung Chung." The estimated delivery time will be listed in the order confirmation SMS.
We offer delivery at any of our outlets in Hong Kong, Kowloon, and the New Territories for customers unable to receive their orders at home. We can also have the goods left at your door upon request.
🟠Ordering Process and Payment
After browsing the products, go to the online ordering page (online ordering) to complete the order form and reply.
The cut-off time for delivery is two days prior to delivery.
Don't worry after placing your order; we will contact you via email, WhatsApp, and SMS to confirm your order.
We accept credit cards, PayMe, or FPS: 95555280 (WHWOF). You can also pay after receiving the order confirmation message. After placing an order, if a subscriber ultimately wishes to cancel their order, we will consider the reason and refund the full amount.
🟠 Bad Weather Arrangements
If the delivery date is affected by unforeseen bad weather (red/black rain or flooding preventing harvest), and the order needs to be rescheduled or cancelled, we will notify the subscriber before 8:00 a.m. on the delivery day.
If the delivery is canceled, the subscriber will be rescheduled the following day. For subscribers who have prepaid, we will record the delivery details.
However, unless there are exceptional circumstances such as prolonged red/black rain or widespread flooding, subscribers cannot refuse to accept delivery or payment due to "bad weather."
