Chiu Jie (sister Chiu) Workshop Parent-Child Activities Farm Day Tour

Caa Gwo (茶粿 / 茶果) = stuffed tea cake made with sticky rice flour

🍎 Events:

Bosco will take you to visit the farm, get to know the crops, flowers and plants, and grow plants, corns by yourself.
Chiu Je (俏姐) will prepare the tea cake ingredients together with participants of all ages, cook the tea cake eyebrow bean filling, peanut filling, knead the powder, hand make the tea cake, steam in the oven, share with everyone, and each person will have 3 to 4 tea cakes to bring home to share with family members (bring your own food box) (Event will be conducted in Cantonese)

❤️ Lunch:

🥘 Soy milk health pot, pot materials: pear, corn, carrots, pumpkin, papaya, soybean skin stick, fish eggs, chicken, vegetables.
🥤 Drinks include butterfly pea flower tea, bring your own water bottle or cup to drink.

🍲 For lunch, 1 & 2

You are welcome to invite your friends to participate in the workshop on a date of your choice, with more than 12 participants.

🚘 By car: Exit C of Kam Sheung Road Station, take the 602 green minibus to the Tai Kong Po terminal, get off the car and walk forward 100 meters, the journey takes about 7-8 minutes, and the taxi will not exceed $35.

You are welcome to invite your friends to participate in the workshop on a date of your choice, with more than 8 participants.

🍎 Yee Lok Tai Kong Po Leisure Farm is located at the foot of Jigong Mountain in Jintian. In fact, Kai Kung Leng (雞公嶺) is the backing of the farm. The whole mountain environment is very spectacular. You can experience the environment of the farm without going up the mountain. Thank you in advance for supporting the local farmers.
