Chiu Jie (Auntie Chiu) Workshop Parent-Child Activities Farm Day Tour

Date: You can choose according to the above. First select the date, then the number of people, and you can choose whether there are accompanying infants or young children.
Time: Additional morning/afternoon classes can be arranged
Location: Wai Tau Tsuen opposite Hong Yuen Yuen, Tai Po

🍎  Events:

  1. Chiu Je will take you to visit the farm, get to know the crops, flowers and plants, and grow plants by yourself.
  2. Chiu Je (俏姐) will wash the rice dumpling leaves, soak the rice, and soak the beans, and specially introduce the seasoning method of the rice dumpling in her hometown. The ancient method of "Lye water" and soda alkaline water are separated, and the whole process of making the rice dumpling together is completed. After completion, each person will bring 3 pieces rice dumpling home (Per each paid person). Each person has two to three people to bring home and share with friends (bring your own food box). There are vegetables and fruits grown in the farm, which can be picked and bought according to the harvest of vegetables. There are parking spaces on the farm (additional free applied).

❤️  Lunch:

  1. Soy milk health pot, pot materials: pear, corn, carrots, pumpkin, papaya, bamboo, fish eggs, chicken, vegetables.
  2. Hometown bacon dumplings: bean dumplings, grey water dumplings, vegetarian soup, cucumbers and vegetables.

🍲  For lunch, choose 1 of the above 2.

🥤  Drinks include butterfly pea flower tea, bring your own water bottle or cup to drink.

You are welcome to invite your friends to participate in the workshop on a date of your choice, with more than 8 participants.

🚘 🚈 By transport: Tai Po Tai Wo Station, it takes about 10-15 minutes by taxi. Bus routes: 73, 73A, 73B, 74D, 373. Get off at Tai Po Wai Tau Tsuen Bus Stop and enter through the archway. Green minibus 21K, get on the bus at Nam Shing Street in Tai Po Market and via Tai Wo Station and get off at Wai Tau Tsuen Playground.
