Taiye Chicken is a classic Cantonese dish, also known as "Tea Chicken". This dish is first braised and then smoked, giving it a rich and sweet brine flavor. The addition of smoked tea leaves adds a charming aroma to the dish, making the taste more layered. The slow-cooking temperature-controlled cooking method keeps the meat texture elastic. The teeth remain tender and smooth.

Ingredients: Longgang chicken, soy sauce, light soy sauce, dark soy sauce, rock sugar, rose wine

Serving size: half chicken, about 450 grams
