Hong Kong Aquaculture is located in the Yung Shue Au Marine Fish Farming Zone and is managed by Alex Lam. "Local Aquaculture" is a new type of fish farm in Hong Kong's Aquaculture industry today. Optimise traditional marine fish farming techniques and tools, and combine farming techniques from all over the world to tailor-made farming methods that are more suitable for Hong Kong's waters and climate.

Each jar is carefully hand-ground in small batches with no artificial flavours, colours, or preservatives added. Silky smooth and intensely flavourful, it carries natural sweetness with subtle caramelised notes. Perfect spread on toast, paired with cheese, used in baking, or enjoyed straight from the spoon — a wholesome yet indulgent treat for breakfast or afternoon tea!

This walnut jam is made from ground American walnuts. The walnuts are sprouted, air-dried, and roasted before being blended with Austrian wildflower honey. The jam is ground to retain small pieces of walnut, adding texture and flavor.

Best Before Date: 4 months from the date of manufacture. Consume within 3 months of opening for optimal flavor.
