Cooking Skills：cooking steps

Step 1. Take an oil pan, add some high-temperature-resistant oil (grape seed oil, bitter tea oil...), turn on a low heat and stir-fry the ginger slices until fragrant.

Step 2. After the ginger slices are fragrant, you can add the thawed, washed and dried huazhi balls into the pan and stir fry together until the surface of the huazhi balls is slightly colored
