🛍 Product Information (Main) (English)：

heirloom variety of oriental eggplant featuring slender, elongated fruits averaging 10-12 inches (25-30 cm) long and 1.5-2 inches in diameter, with a lovely lavender-purple skin and tender white flesh that offers a soft, juicy texture with mild sweetness and no bitterness. Rich in dietary fiber (about 2-3g per 100g), vitamin C (about 5-10mg), and potassium, it supports digestion, cardiovascular health, and antioxidant protection. Heat- and humidity-tolerant with disease resistance, it is commonly used in Asian dishes like stir-fries, grilling, stews, or stuffing, edible with skin intact, ideal for vegetarian and wellness diets. Harvest smooth, unblemished fruits; store in a cool place (10-15°C) for 7-10 days, avoiding refrigeration to prevent flesh discoloration.
