Hakka Pillow Zongzi (Hakka Pillow Rice Dumpling) is a traditional Hakka-style zongzi popular in Hong Kong and Guangdong, especially during the Dragon Boat Festival. It earns its name from its distinctive rectangular, four-cornered shape that resembles a pillow.
Village Chief Ye Zi personally prepared three classic Hakka specialties:

Hakka rice dumplings have a rectangular shape, filled with peanuts, dried shallots, and dried shrimp. The ingredients are simple yet flavorful inherited from the authentic recipe and craftsmanship of Hakka women in Sha Tau Kok.
