🛍 Product Information :
The Guifei mango, also known as the Red Golden Dragon, is a new variety of mango improved in Taiwan. Its sweetness can reach up to 20 degrees. Its delicate and dense taste and unique fragrance are its biggest features. The fruit is large, the core is small, the flesh is firm and dense, the taste is sweet and juicy, and even the red and green peel is unique. It is famous in Japan. Many Japanese come to Taiwan just to taste the delicious Guifei mango themselves, but we can enjoy it in Hong Kong. I sincerely recommend it to fans who love sweet food.
Nutrition
Mango flesh is rich in vitamin A, vitamin C and vitamin D, as well as trace elements such as carbohydrates, dietary fiber, folic acid, calcium, phosphorus, iron, potassium and magnesium. Mango has the effect of inhibiting the death of brain cells. Eating frozen mango can help soothe an overused brain. According to traditional Chinese medicine, mango is cool in nature, has the effects of promoting salivation and quenching thirst, and stopping dizziness. It can even treat stomach heat, thirst, vomiting, discomfort, motion sickness, seasickness and other symptoms. Just boil a large bowl of mango seeds in water, add it to tea and drink it to reduce fever. Mango is not good for the kidneys. Patients with acute or chronic nephritis should avoid eating mangoes. Mango contains polyphenols, phosphorus and other minerals, which can prevent excessive free radicals in the body from damaging cells and causing body aging. Eating it in moderation can supplement many antioxidant nutrients and delay aging. In addition, a study by Texas A&M University (TAMU) found that the polyphenols contained in mangoes can reduce the risk of breast cancer and colorectal cancer. The researchers used mango polyphenol extracts on colorectal cancer, breast cancer, lung cancer, blood cancer and prostate cancer and found that mango had a certain effect on all the cancers tested, but the effect was most obvious for breast cancer and colorectal cancer.
Allergy:
Mangoes are prone to allergic symptoms, especially the pulp 0.5 cm from the peel, whose juice contains urushiol (also known as urushiol catechol). Most of the time, when eating mangoes, the skin comes into contact with the mango juice, which causes redness, swelling and cracking of the lips, and redness, swelling and pain in the ears, neck, etc. To avoid or alleviate allergic symptoms, you can cut the mango into small pieces and put it into your mouth with a toothpick to avoid contact with the mango juice and skin fluid. Too much vitamin C may also interfere with cortisol, causing the body to become hypersensitive to inflammation. In Taiwan, foods containing mango ingredients are required to have special labels on the packaging to alert consumers.
