The GMax, a unique new breed of avo, are grown in Queensland by GreenSkin Avocados and deliver consumers “predictability” – an unknown trait of the more common Hass and Shepard varieties.
GreenSkin Avocados state the GMax has “perfect” flesh every time you cut one open. There’s also more of it thanks to the fact the fruit has a strikingly smaller seed than we’re used to.
It has a thicker skin than a Shepard and a slightly pebbly exterior like a Hass. And just like GreenSkin Avocados (Shepard), it won’t go brown when cut and is perfect for slicing, dicing, smashing and spreading.
GreenSkin GMAX giving you an exceptional avocado experience, all year round, our team have spent the last few seasons raising orchards of a NEW Avocado. In fact, it’s the holy grail of Avocados.
