Generally, it can be stored for one to three days. However, it can still be eaten after the expiration date, but the cheese will become sour. If you open the lid after a week, there will be grain gas, so be careful about cheese spraying.
Please keep it in the airtight container in the refrigerator at all times. Unlike commercial manufactured yogurts, our Coconut Yogurt is raw and the fermentation process continues especially in room temperature.
