It is primarily a cross between White Ivory Mango and Kate Mango, resulting in a unique adaptation to the cooler, highland climate with large day-night temperature differences. The fruit features a distinctive green skin (which remains green even when ripe), an elongated or oval shape, thin core, and abundant, fine-textured flesh with minimal fiber. It offers a refreshing sweet-tart flavor, high juice content, and a crisp yet juicy mouthfeel.
Thanks to the plateau’s intense sunlight, clean air, and significant temperature variation, these mangoes develop higher natural sugar content and richer aroma compared to typical tropical varieties. Rich in vitamins (especially vitamin C), carotenoids, and dietary fiber, they are valued for their freshness and health benefits.
