INGREDIENTS: Five Fingers Peach, Niu Dali, Poria, Chinese yam, dried tangerine peel, Meidou, Assassin, Candied Date, Sea Coconut, Red Date


Suggested recipes:

Ingredients that can be added: 2 chayote, 2 stalks of corn; 16 taels (600g) of lean meat or pig, or carrot and corn.

practice:

1. Soak the soup bag materials for 10-15 minutes and then wash them off. Wash the chayote, peel it and cut it into pieces; remove the corn and cut it into pieces.

2. Add 2000ml of water to the pot, add all the ingredients, bring to a boil over high heat, simmer for about 1 hour, add salt to taste.

For the whole family to drink, you can add lean meat or Pork Shank (Loin), wash and boil with water for later use. Put 18-20 bowls of water in the pot and boil, add the soup bag ingredients and lean meat or Pork Shank (Loin) and cook on low heat for 2 to 2.5 hours, add some seasoning salt and serve.

Vegetarians can add carrots, corn or cashews to the soup bag materials and cook for 2 hours before drinking.
