Gee Whiz Green Apples refer to premium Granny Smith apples grown and sold under the renowned Gee Whiz® brand by the Auvil Fruit Company in Washington, USA. These bright green apples are known for their crisp texture and pronounced tartness, making them one of the world's most popular green apple varieties. Harvested from mid-September to late October, they are ideal for fresh consumption, salads, baking (especially apple pie), and cooking, as they retain their shape and provide a refreshing acidity. The Gee Whiz brand is renowned for its exceptional quality and innovative cultivation techniques, pioneering the promotion of Granny Smith apples in the region since the early 1970s, ensuring that every apple delivers top-quality flavor and freshness.
