Morita Soy Sauce was founded in 1903 in Okuzumo Town, Shimane Prefecture.


Soybeans are steamed and wheat is made into rice koji, which is then brewed in wooden barrels. Then, the soy sauce is bottled and sent to customers. This is the consistent production mode of Morita soy sauce. Morita soy sauce selects excellent and confident ingredients, and then pays close attention to all the processes in the manufacturing process, making soy sauce carefully. That is the insistence of Morita Soy Sauce.
