Product Description：Fried fish skin is a traditional snack in the Chaoshan area and is commonly found in Hong Kong wonton noodle shops and Chaozhou cold shops. Fish skin is mostly made from frozen semi-smooth tongue sole (dragon clam) skin, dace skin or eel skin. It is best to use blackhead skin for deep-frying. The skin is crispy and has no fishy smell.

Fried fish skin is crispy and delicious, and often has a yellow-black gradient color on the surface. It can be eaten with soup base or beef brisket sauce noodles, hot pot, or as a snack.
