Product Description：Fish Fu is a Shunde food made from dace meat and looks like oily tofu. It is so named because it is as tender and smooth as tofu. The original place of fish tofu is Luoding (some say it is Shunde Lecong). Add salt, minced garlic and pepper to the dace meat and beat until it becomes gelatinous (hard), add cornstarch and mix well, add egg yolk and mix well, then add the beaten egg whites and mix well, make it into the shape of a billiard ball and add it to the hot oil. Fry over low heat until slightly yellow and it becomes fish tofu. You can put it in soup or mix it with other ingredients when cooking.

Braised Fish Fu with Mushrooms

Braised fish tofu with mushrooms is a traditional Shunde dish. The fish tofu absorbs the flavor of mushrooms and oyster sauce to make it more delicious. Soak the mushrooms until soft, remove the stems and stir-fry briefly. Add fish tofu and oyster sauce, mix well, add water and bake briefly. After the mushrooms are cooked, add sesame oil and gravy and serve.
