Product Description：Fish skin angle, also known as fish skin dumplings or fish skin wontons, is a kind of stuffed pasta. It is said that it was created by Feng Buji, Daliang, Shunde in the Qing Dynasty. It is named after its flat shape and semi-circular horn shape.


Generally, dace is used, and Chaozhou people mostly use eel, nine-stick fish, and catfish . The skin and internal organs of the fish are removed, and the fish meat is minced into velvet, beaten until it becomes gelatin, and mixed with fennel to make dumpling wrappers. It is made of pork, shrimp, nearly 10 kinds of ingredients such as leeks, bamboo shoots, and white sesame seeds, and then kneaded into a stuffing.
