Fertiplus® Liquid 7-2-2 works best when applied at the beginning or at critical moments in the crop's growth cycle. During periods when plants need a lot of nitrogen, this fertilizer is the best choice to provide plants with extra energy and promote plant growth. The product contains 13% free amino acids - easily absorbed by plants and used as a nitrogen source. Amino acids are easily available and, in contrast to inorganic nitrogen (NO3), can be used directly by plants as building blocks for proteins.

Application
Fertiplus® Liquid 7-2-2 has the fastest effect on crops when applied as a foliar spray. Nitrogen is easily absorbed by the leaves and trace minerals are also immediately available to the plant. This effect strengthens the plant. In the soil, these minerals may be trapped by soil particles and rendered inactive, however, when applied foliarly, they are directly available to the plant during critical growing periods. This liquid fertilizer can also be applied via drip irrigation and will not clog in-line filters. Providing nutrients to plants via drip irrigation will improve plant performance and yield. Delivering nutrients via drip irrigation increases nutrient uptake efficiency (compared to solid fertilizers). Nutrients go directly into the active root zone of the plant and are quickly taken up by the plant. This limits leaching of mobile nutrients such as nitrogen and potassium, but also increases the availability of less mobile nutrients such as phosphorus.
The nitrogen in this fertilizer contains both fast-acting nitrogen and slow-release nitrogen, making it available in the soil for a long time, providing nutrients to plants and important soil organisms. Use the product within 4-6 hours of formulation. When applying foliarly, the spray trough should be cleaned before and after application. It is compatible with most commonly used fertilizers and plant protection products, but do not mix with copper fertilizers, sulfur-based products, alkaline products or oil-based products.
