300g pasta +

1 tablespoon organic extra virgin olive oil +

1 cup chopped onion +

1 tablespoon minced garlic +

1/4 teaspoon chopped red pepper +

1 pound fresh heirloom tomatoes +

Basil leaves (for garnish) +

Grated cheese (for garnish, optional)

🥘 Recipe：

eirloom Tomato Sauce Ingredients

1 pack FERM ‘Meat’ Balls

300g spaghetti

1 tablespoon extra-virgin olive oil

1 cup finely chopped onion

1 tablespoon minced garlic

1/4 teaspoon red-pepper flakes

1 pound fresh heirloom tomatoes

Basil leaves for garnish

Shredded cheese for garnish (optional)

Salt to taste

Cooking Instructions:

Blanche fresh heirloom tomatoes, remove skin and blend in food processor. Set aside.

Heat a pan and add oil; add onion and cook until onion is soft and translucent.

Stir in garlic and red-pepper flakes and cook for 30 seconds.

Add in the tomatoes and bring to a boil. Reduce heat and simmer, stirring occasionally, until reduced and thickened slightly. Salt to taste.

Separately, boil spaghetti in a large pot until al dente. Drain and toss with the sauce.

Pan Fry or sauté FERM ‘Meat’ Balls until thoroughly heated. Add to spaghetti, and garnish with red pepper flakes, basil, and shredded cheese (optional)!
