Meeting point: Tsat Sing Kong (Kim Sheung Road West Rail Station, take KMB 77K or 54 and get off at Tsat Sing Kong Bus Stop in the direction of Sheung Shui, about 5 minutes by car, then about 15 minutes on foot)

Seasonal Edible Flowers: Five Star Flower, Viola, Chrysanthemum, Marigold, etc.
Seasonal Herbs: Lemon Basil, Spearmint
Seasonal crops: roselle, lettuce, vegetable core, chives, leeks, etc.
Guide: Sally Cheung, founder of Shallow Soil Farming, has extensive experience in growing ornamental and edible plants

🔹️More than 20 kinds of edible flowers, a variety of herbs, and a variety of organic vegetables are planted on the site, and there are no pesticides and fertilizers on the site
🔹Content: Guided tour of local edible flowers and herbs (in-depth understanding of varieties, planting methods, harvesting, and use) + Guided tour of crops and purchase
🔹 Each participant has a minimum consumption of $150 for crops and $50 for guided tours (edible flowers and vanilla sourdough bread are not included), children aged 10 or below are exempted
🔹️Vanilla sourdough bread is available for purchase, order must be placed on or before 18/10
🔹You can buy edible flowers at $90 each, which needs to be placed before 9pm the night before the guided tour
🔹️Not open to the public on weekdays, no walk-in or temporary registration on the day

The fee includes a local minimum spend of $100 and a guided tour fee of $50. (Edible flowers and vanilla sourdough bread are not included), children aged 10 or below are exempted
The cost does not cover transportation. Participants make their own arrangements to arrive at and leave the farm
Kids aged 6 or above may attend if accompanied by adults. The full cost applies to each kid.

Note:

The event will be subject to the prevailing legislative requirements on social distancing. Participants must each wear a mask during the event, and have received 3 doses (or 2 doses if within 6 months of the second dose) of COVID-19 vaccines.

This event is first-paid, first-served. Those who register without making payment risk forfeiting their spots. For those who have paid but wish to withdraw, refund is not available unless there are special circumstances.
