There are hundreds of organic farms of all sizes in Hong Kong. One of the largest among them is Youxinji, which covers an area of 200,000 square feet. It was formerly a livestock farm and has the largest greenhouse in Hong Kong. It uses scientific research technology and is committed to developing modern organic farming.
The farm was formerly a pig pen farm. When the second generation took over, they learned that this land, which inherited the family's perseverance and hard work, was also precious virgin land (land that has never been polluted in any way). Therefore, she immersed herself in studying organic farming, biodiversity, and even regarded organic farming as a kind of education that drives Hong Kong culture, planting hope on the land.

- Planting in field - Providing child friendly tools and professional equipment to experience planting inside environment-controlled greenhouse. Happy experience, rain or shine! As reported by BBC, mud play can improve creativity, immunity and happiness.
- Vegetable harvest - Touching organic dirt, hand-pick fresh and crunchy vegetable, connect with nature!
- Food tasting of freshly picked and boiled farm vegetable - Enjoy delicious vegetable, from-farm-to-table experience. Understand healthy eating concepts.
- Spotter Activity Through spot-and-tick exercise, review seasonal crops, popular game for toddlers and primary students in UK, US, Japanese & Korean school field trip. Souvenir will be given for completion. Observe, focus, learn about crops.
