Healthy Express Organic Store was founded in 2010, starting with organic vegetables. Since 2016, we have provided catering for corporate events, private parties, schools, and large occasions.
We offer Chinese and Western dishes, snacks, main courses, and desserts, shown with real photos so you know exactly what you’re ordering. Suitable for groups from 10 people to 30–40 or more, with menus organised by size and occasion.
Delivery arrangements, hot/cold storage, modification terms, allergen info, and food safety details are clearly stated before ordering. Free delivery applies above a set amount. All food is prepared in our own kitchen, focusing on portion, presentation, and freshness.

A diverse, delicious, and convenient range of high-quality food is prepared for easy delivery. To maintain freshness and taste, we recommend consuming the food immediately after collection.
Terms & Conditions:
As orders are confirmed on a first-come, first-served basis, we recommend placing your order 3–5 days in advance. Please complete full payment within 3 days of submitting your order to confirm the booking. Thank you for your support!

Free Delivery Arrangements:
1. Minimum order of HK$800 for free delivery across Hong Kong (excluding Discovery Bay), including delivery upstairs (stairs excluded).
2. Delivery to Ma Wan is not available after 4:00 pm.
3. Minimum order for Discovery Bay is HK$1,500, with an additional delivery fee of HK$300.
＊If there is no direct lift access and stairs need to be climbed (5 steps or more counted as one floor), additional charges apply based on the number of floors and quantity of goods:
HK$50 per floor for 2 insulated boxes
HK$80 per floor for 3–4 insulated boxes
HK$120 per floor for 5–6 insulated boxes
＊Each insulated box can hold approximately 10 trays of catering food (stored separately in hot and cold boxes).
Food Discount Arrangements:
Enjoy 10% off when spending HK$3,000 or above, and for members of the Healthy Express Shopping Support Scheme.
Order Cancellation and Modification Arrangements:
＊If a customer changes the delivery date, time, location, or reduces the order content for any reason within three working days before delivery (excluding the delivery day), 30% of the total order amount will be charged as an administrative fee. This fee is non-refundable and non-transferable.
＊If a customer has already paid and confirmed the order (more than three working days before delivery) and wishes to change the delivery date, time, location, or reduce the order content for any reason, an administrative fee of HK$80 will be charged for each change.
＊The remaining balance after deducting the administrative fee can be used for catering orders within one month. Any unused balance will expire after that.
＊If a customer cancels an order for any reason, all paid fees are non-refundable.
＊Working days are Monday to Friday, 9:00 am to 6:00 pm.
＊In case of any dispute, Healthy Express Organic Store reserves the right to make the final decision.
Special Weather Arrangements:
＊In the event of Black Rainstorm Warning or Typhoon Signal No. 8 or above, all catering delivery services will be cancelled.
＊After the Black Rainstorm Warning or Typhoon Signal No. 8 or above is cancelled, limited services will resume two hours later.
＊All catering deliveries will be subject to the actual conditions, weather, and customer needs at the time, with the final decision made after discussion with the customer.
＊Fees already paid due to weather issues can be used for catering orders within one month. Any unused balance will expire after that.
＊All paid fees are non-refundable.
＊In case of any dispute, Healthy Express Organic Store reserves the right to make the final decision.
