Teochew White Fish Ball is a classic delicacy from Chaozhou (Teochew) cuisine, popular in Hong Kong and southern China. It is made from fresh white fish meat (such as Spanish mackerel or other deep-sea fish), finely minced and hand-beaten into a smooth paste, then shaped into bouncy balls. 
These fish balls are snow-white in color, with a fresh, natural fish flavor. They have a signature springy, Q-bouncy, and smooth texture without any added coloring. They are best enjoyed boiled in soup, hot pot, or noodle dishes to highlight their delicate sweetness and elasticity.
