In the early 1990s, a couple left Switzerland with two children and settled in an antique corner of Permont, Italy. The Stutz family controls the entire production chain of Robiola cheese. Since its establishment, the farm operated by this family has been the cradle of excellent craftsmanship, retaining the long -established technical essence and hugging innovation.

Their goal is to get rid of the rhythm of the city, re -contact nature, raise goats and make cheese.

🛍 Product Information：

Raclette cheese originated in the Alps. Historically, farmers would toast the cheese around a campfire until soft, then scrape it onto bread. Today, raclette cheese symbolizes cherished traditions of gatherings in both France and Switzerland.

A cast iron fondue pot is ideal for all types of fondue. Make savoury cheese fondues for meats, breads, and veggies or mouthwatering chocolate sauces for fruits, bretzels, desserts, and more! Cast iron is great at retaining heat. Our kit includes 6 skewers allowing you to indulge with more friends and family members than ever! Coloured ends let you remember which one is yours and prevents mixups.

The name “Raclette” comes from the French verb “racler” (to scrape), referring to the original method where shepherds melted the cut side of a half-wheel of Raclette cheese by the fire and scraped the gooey melted layer onto boiled potatoes and pickles.

The modern home version uses an electric tabletop raclette grill, combining the social vibe of Korean BBQ with the indulgence of melted cheese fondue.

A typical Raclette Grilled Set includes:

Electric raclette grill (top grilling surface + bottom heating element)

6–12 individual non-stick mini pans (coupelles) and matching heat-resistant spatulas/scrapers

Variable temperature control

Grill top options: non-stick, natural granite stone, cast iron, or reversible (grill ridges on one side, flat crepe/griddle on the other)

Classic accompaniments (for 4–8 people):

Raclette cheese (200–300 g per person – creamy, nutty, excellent melting properties)
