1. Stir-fried snails with mushrooms: 200 grams of cooked snail meat, 80 grams of fresh mushroom slices. Appropriate amounts of minced ginger, chopped green onion, rice wine, soy sauce, sugar, MSG, lard, sesame oil, pepper, and water starch. Cut the snail meat into slices and set aside. Put the wok on high heat, add lard, chopped green onion and ginger, fry briefly, add snail slices and mushroom slices and stir-fry, add rice wine, soy sauce, and sugar and bring to a boil, then add MSG, thicken with water starch, drizzle with sesame oil, and sprinkle with pepper. 【Anti-cancer mechanism】
In vitro experiments on Lentinan showed inhibitory effects on sarcomas S-180, S-150, CCM-adenocarcinoma, etc. Lentinan can restore the reduced immune function in the tumor-bearing state, especially the activity of T-helper cells. Lentinan has good clinical efficacy on stomach, colon, breast cancer, etc. Taguchi of Japan reported the results of a 4-year follow-up investigation on the recurrence of gastric cancer and colon cancer, proving that the combination of Lentinan and furofurantoin significantly prolonged the survival period compared with the use of a single chemotherapy drug. The 1- to 4-year survival rate of gastric cancer recurrence was used as an indicator. The 50% survival rate for the group using chemotherapy alone for colon cancer was 94 days, while that for the group using chemotherapy combined was as high as 200 days. A substance extracted from cultured shiitake mushroom mycelium in the UK can restore T-lymphocytes infected with HIV, stimulate macrophages, increase the activity of Ih-I factor, help produce antibodies, enhance cellular immunity and humoral immunity, and improve the body's anti-cancer ability.

1. Stir-fried cauliflower with mushrooms: 250 grams of cauliflower, 15 grams of mushrooms, 200 milliliters of chicken soup, 10 grams of starch, appropriate amounts of MSG, refined salt, chicken oil, and peanut oil. Cut the cauliflower into small pieces and blanch them in boiling water; soak the mushrooms in water and set aside. Heat the peanut oil, add onion and ginger, stir-fry until fragrant, then add salt, chicken broth, and MSG. After boiling, remove the chopped onion and ginger, then put the cauliflower and mushrooms into the pot, simmer over low heat until they are flavorful, then drizzle in starch and chicken oil. 2. 3. Mushroom and lean pork soup: 30 grams of soaked mushrooms, 50 grams of lean pork, decocted in water, drink the soup and eat the meat. Suitable for the prevention and treatment of gastric cancer and cervical cancer.
4. Mushroom and white fungus stewed with pork pancreas: 2 pieces of pork pancreas, 60 grams of lean pork, 15 grams of mushrooms, and 9 grams of white fungus. Wash and soak the mushrooms, soak and wash the snow fungus, pick small pieces, wash the pig pancreas and lean pork, and slice them.
