Goose Blood
It is the blood of the goose, a member of the duck family.
【Nature, flavor and function】
Salty and flat. Functions: detoxification, diaphragm softening, blood stasis removal, and anti-cancer.
【Chemical composition】
This product contains alkaline phosphatase and lactate dehydrogenase, but the content is low, while the globulin is very high. It may also be rich in immunoglobulins.
【Anti-cancer mechanism】
Animal experiments have shown that goose blood can slow down the formation of Ehrlich carcinoma ascites in mice, reduce the amount of fluid, and cause qualitative changes in the nuclei of cancer cells; large cancer cells obviously degenerate, become lighter in color, and the nucleus disappears; degenerated nucleoli can also be seen in the cytoplasm, which is light blue in color; small cancer cells show nuclear dissolution changes. Experiments have shown that administration by oral gavage can still achieve the effect of inhibiting cancer cells, indicating that the anti-cancer factors in goose blood are not destroyed by the acid and alkali in the gastrointestinal tract.
【recipe】
1. Goose blood and leek juice: 20 ml fresh goose blood, 250 g clean leek, and appropriate amount of rice wine. Wash the fresh leeks, soak them in boiling water, fish them out, mash them and squeeze out about 100 ml of juice for later use. Draw about 20 ml of venous blood from under the wings of the goose with a syringe, add it to the leek juice while it is still hot, drink it while stirring, and then take it with rice wine. Take once a day for 3-4 weeks to treat dysphagia, nausea, and qi stagnation caused by esophageal cancer and gastric cancer.
2. Goose blood mushroom soup: 200 grams of goose blood, 100 grams of mushrooms, and appropriate amounts of salt and other seasonings. After the goose blood solidifies, wash it with clean water and cut it into small pieces; cut the mushrooms into strips after they have expanded. Add appropriate amount of vegetable oil and fry mushrooms for 5 minutes, then pour in goose blood cubes, stir-fry quickly over open flame until cooked through, then add salt. This diet is mainly used for patients with gastric cardia cancer and esophageal cancer who vomit immediately after eating.
3. Goose Blood Yam: Wash 30g of yam, 15g of Adenophora Root and 15g of Polygonatum odoratum, add water and 50g of goose meat and cook until the meat is cooked, filter out the soup; then pour 100ml of goose blood into the boiling soup, cook for a while, add seasoning and it is done.
