Ginger
This product is the fresh rhizome of ginger, a plant of the ginger family.

Fire ginger, big meat ginger.
[Nature, flavor and function]
Spicy, slightly warm. Enters the lung, stomach and spleen meridians. It can dispel cold, warm the middle and stop vomiting, relieve qi and eliminate phlegm, detoxify, and fight cancer.
[Chemical composition]
Ginger contains 0.25%~3.0% volatile oil, and the main components are gingerol, gingerene, B-phellandrene, camphene, lemon, ginger terpene ketone, β-sweet bisabolene, a-curcumene, etc. It also contains spicy ingredients such as gingerol and asparagine, piperidinic acid-2, amino acids, etc.
[Anti-cancer mechanism]
Experiments by foreign universities have confirmed that ginger water extract has an inhibition rate of 82.2% on S-180 (ascites cancer) mouse cancer cells. Ginger contains polyacid ginsenotriol, which can inhibit the spread of cancer cells.
【Recipe】
1. Mash 250g of ginger and brown sugar together, put them into a jar and seal the mouth, bury them in dry soil 70cm deep, and wait for 7 days. Take 15g with boiled water every morning. It can be used to treat esophageal cancer and gastric cancer.
2. Ginger, goose blood and honey: Mash ginger, take 30ml of juice, add 10ml of fresh goose blood and 10ml of honey, mix well and take once, 3 times a day, for esophageal cancer.
3. Ginger porridge: 10g of ginger, 60g of polished rice, 5g of green onion, and appropriate amount of salt. Wash the ginger; wash the green onion, cut into sections, and set aside. Wash the polished rice and put it into a pot, add ginger and appropriate amount of water, boil over high heat and then simmer over low heat. When the porridge is cooked, add green onion sections and salt, and cook for a while. It has the functions of dispelling cold and stopping vomiting, removing phlegm and promoting digestion, and resisting cancer and prolonging life. It is suitable for patients with esophageal cancer, gastric cancer and those with weak and cold constitution.

Professor Xie Guocai was awarded the title of Famous Chinese Medicine Doctor in Guangdong Province by the Guangdong Provincial People's Government.
