【Anti-cancer mechanism】
The Cancer Research Institute at the University of Nebraska in the United States revealed that capsaicin is an antioxidant that can neutralize a variety of harmful oxygen-containing substances in the body. In the process of normal cells transforming into tumor cells, there is a chemical called DMN!
However, after adding capsaicin, the mutation effect of DMN disappeared. This is the result of the interaction between capsaicin and the biological enzyme of cytochrome P450 in the body. This effect blocks the metabolism of the relevant cells and terminates the cancerous process of the cells. A professor from Shanghai Railway Medical College conducted an experiment using milk and 4% chili decoction, and proved that it can accelerate the synthesis of prostaglandins in gastric mucosal epithelial cells, thereby improving the barrier function of the mucosa and reducing the incidence of gastric cancer. In addition, an experimental report from Japan's Kansai Electric Power Hospital pointed out that capsaicin has an excellent effect on relieving pain in the late stage of cancer.
