1. Stir-fried beef with cactus: 50 grams of fresh cactus, 100 grams of beef, and appropriate amounts of vegetable oil, salt and other condiments. Wash the fresh cactus, remove the thorns, and chop it into small pieces. Wash the beef and cut it into pieces. Put it into the oil pan together with the cactus, stir-fry on high heat, season it and eat the beef and cactus. This diet is mainly suitable for people with gastric cancer who suffer from blood stasis and stabbing pain.
2. Spicy beef: 500 grams of lean beef, 100 grams of ginger, 20 dried red peppers, 200 grams of vegetable oil, and appropriate amounts of pepper, soy sauce, and MSG. Remove the fascia from the beef and cut into slices. Cut the ginger into thin strips and the red pepper into 2 cm long segments, leaving the seeds.
