Adzuki Bean
This product is the seed of adzuki bean or red bean of the legume family.

【Nature, flavor and function】
Sweet, sour and neutral. It has the functions of promoting diuresis and eliminating dampness, regulating blood circulation and discharging pus, reducing swelling and detoxifying, and fighting cancer.
【Chemical composition】
It contains protein, fat, carbohydrates, calcium, phosphorus, iron, vitamins (B, B₂), niacin, and triterpenoid saponins.
【Anti-cancer mechanism】
The trace elements, vitamins and other ingredients contained in this product have an inhibitory effect on tumors.
[Red bean soup: 1 fresh carp (about 2000 grams), 50 grams of red beans, 6 grams of tangerine peel, 6 grams of sharp pepper and tangerine peel, appropriate amounts of green onion, ginger, salt, pepper, chicken soup, and a small amount of green leafy vegetables. Remove the scales, gills, and internal organs of the carp and clean it. Wash the red beans, tangerine peel, pointed peppers and cardamom and stuff them into the fish belly. Then put the lithium fish into a plate and add appropriate amounts of green onions, ginger, pepper, salt and chicken soup. Cook for about 30 minutes. When the fish is cooked, remove from the pan and add green onion or other green leafy vegetables. This diet is mainly suitable for patients with cervical cancer, excessive vaginal discharge, foul odor, lower abdominal pain, and other internal dampness and heat.
2. Red bean and rice porridge: 50 grams of red beans, 100 grams of rice, and appropriate amount of white sugar. Wash the adzuki beans, put them into a pot, add appropriate amount of water, bring to a boil over high heat, then switch to medium heat and simmer until the adzuki beans are cooked and bloom. Wash the rice, put it into the pot, add water and bring to a boil, and simmer until the rice is rotten and becomes porridge. Add sugar to taste and eat for breakfast or dinner. Used for patients with bladder cancer and prostate cancer with damp-heat accumulation.
3. Red bean and angelica drink: 30 grams of red beans, 15 grams of angelica, and appropriate amount of white sugar. Wash the adzuki beans, pick out the debris, put them into a pot and add appropriate amount of water (just enough to submerge the beans). Bring to a boil over high heat, then continue to simmer over low heat until the red beans are half cooked. Wash and slice the angelica, put it into a pot, simmer over low heat until it is well-cooked, add sugar to taste, take it frequently, or eat it for breakfast or dinner. It is used for bladder cancer and kidney cancer of the damp-heat and blood stasis type with difficulty urinating, swelling, and lower abdominal pain.
