【recipe】
1. Roast abalone: 500 grams of abalone, ginger, cooking wine, fermented black beans, rock sugar, shallots, sesame oil,refined salt, and flour as appropriate. Wash the abalone meat, soak it until soft, take it out and put it in a bowl, add water, fresh ginger peel, cooking wine, fermented black beans, rock sugar, etc. to the abalone meat, steam it for about 1 hour and take it out; add base oil to the wok, stir-fry the chopped green onion and ginger on low heat, quickly pour the steamed ingredients, condiments and soup into the pot; add appropriate amounts of refined salt, cooking wine, sesame oil,  green onion, flour, and slow roast for 10 minutes. It can be used to prevent and treat various cancers.
2. Abalone and pork soup: 250 grams of lean pork, 3 abalones, 1000 ml of water. Cut the pork into strips and cubes, clean the abalone, put them into the pot, add water, simmer until the volume is about 200 ml, drink the soup and eat the meat. This diet is mainly suitable for patients with gastric cancer.

Professor Xie Guocai was awarded the title of Famous Chinese Medicine Doctor in Guangdong Province by the Guangdong Provincial People's Government.
