【Medicinal Food】
1. Turmeric leaf and catfish soup: 10g turmeric, 10g dried leaf, 10g cyperus, 20g white peony root, 10g angelica, 15g loofah, 1 catfish (about 500g). First, boil the first 6 herbs into a soup and remove the residue, then add the cleaned and visceral fish and cook until done. Season with salt and then serve. Take 1 dose per day, preferably 20 doses in a row.
2. Corn and orange seed soup: 100 grams of corn, 20 grams of orange seeds, 50 grams of loofah, 1 egg, and a little sugar. Boil corn kernels until soft; grind orange seeds into powder; boil loofah sponges in water. Add the loofah water into the cooked corn and orange seed powder, continue to cook, add the beaten eggs, add sugar, thicken it slightly, and serve as a snack. If made into soup, do not add sugar and take 1 dose daily. 30 doses in a row is the best.
