Not only are we Beckers besters, many of our customers also grew up with 1.0 liter reusable bottles - maybe you've known us since you were a kid? As now, our juices and nectars are free of artificial flavors, colors and preservatives. Our products use high quality concentrates and straight juices. All of our products are vegan, and we're not just talking about the content, but also the glue of our labels.


In 1931, Bertha Becker had a "problem." Her small plot of land, with forest and apple trees, was so productive that she didn't know what to do with the big harvest. Then you'll understand! She put the apples on the trailer and drove to Göttingen. There, she pressed the harvest into sweet cider and bottled it. Since it only lasts a few days fresh, she generously distributes it to friends and neighbors. Everyone raved about "Bertha's Apple Juice," and Bertha realized her opportunity. The following year she bought a fruit press to process her own and her neighbors' apples on her own farm in Lütgenrode. She also invested money in a so-called "Bowman bell" to preserve her sweet cider longer. She founded the company "Süßmostkelterei beckers bester" and tadaa... and that's how we were born. In the coming years, more orchards will be established around the "Beckerschen Hof", where in addition to various types of apples, strawberries, raspberries, blackcurrants and sour cherries will be grown. We are so proud that Bertha had the courage to go her own way because without this strong woman we would not be here today.
