In markets and supermarkets in Southeast Asian countries, banana blossoms are a very common ingredient. It is cheap and convenient to sell in bundles of two or three flowers tied together, or in bags of salted banana blossoms with their leaves removed. I'm in an Asian supermarket in the US and have seen cans of salted banana blossoms. The most amazing thing is that in the popular vegan Vegan dishes in Europe and America, the nutrient-rich banana flower is actually a substitute for seafood and chicken. For example, Spanish seafood risotto, British fried fish, Atlantic crab cakes, and American fried chicken legs all use banana flowers instead of raw materials, which makes people have to admire the creative imagination of vegetarians.

Recently, several banana flowers grew on the banana tree. I couldn't help but want to taste the taste of flowers that taste like fish and meat.
