Naturally sweet with a satisfying crunch and bright orange colour. The smaller size makes them milder and more tender than large carrots while retaining the classic carrot sweetness. They are washed, sized and packed close to harvest for optimal freshness and crisp texture.

Use them raw with dip, in lunch boxes, or sweated into soup, roast and mash. The polished surface dries out once the bag is open, and a white blush is dehydration, not mould. Keep the bag cold, closed, and away from ethylene-heavy fruit if you need them to last.
