Mrs. Lam used to be the representative farmer of the annual fisher, farmers and food carnival, with a cheerful and sunny smile. Mrs. Lam and her husband has been running an organic farm for more than 10 years. Although there is a master to help him, one person has to take care of all the work of farming, harvesting and sales. As she gets older, she even falls asleep when she opens the stall. Many friends are very distressed for him. Every Sunday, there are volunteer Ming Je who decide to give up their rest time every weekend to help used to be the representative farmer of the annual fisher, check files. His crops and yields are very rich, and he sells crops at Mei Foo Organic Farm and Kam Sheung Road West Rail Station on Sunday and evening respectively.

🛍  Product Information :

  2. 1 organic fresh snow fungus (Hong Kong Organic Fruit Farm)
  3. 6-7 red dates
  4. Qaidam wolfberry 20g

Efficacy: invigorating essence, invigorating kidney, moistening intestines, benefiting stomach, invigorating qi, and blood, strengthening heart, nourishing yin, moistening lung, promoting body fluid, strengthening body, invigorating brain, refreshing, beauty, skin rejuvenation, prolonging life.

Cooking method: Boil for an hour, if not sweet enough, you can add candied dates (or rock sugar). Boil 6-8 bowls of water for half an hour, drink 2 hours after eating western medicine, it will help to reduce inflammation and relieve cough, and take 3 doses in a row.

Cooking steps:

1. The papaya is first peeled, cored and sliced.
2. Boil the water, add papaya and wolfberry and red dates ingredients, reduce to medium heat and simmer for 15 minutes or until soft.
3. Add snow fungi to the fresh pot and cook for another 15 minutes. Remove from heat, cover and bake for another 20 minutes.
